The Workforce Development Committee, formerly known as the Education Committee, is specifically tasked with connecting the needs of business with the passion of the education community. As employers continue to struggle in their quest to identify a qualified workforce, collaborative dialogue surrounding the development of skill sets geared toward industry specific needs is crucial. Uniting schools, business and the community around educational excellence and real-world learning and mentorship will inspire innovation, drive growth, and attract investment.
